Popup Blocker Software Review
How to Block Popup Windows
We show you how to activate Popup Blocker on the major web browsers which include Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome.
Today I'm going to show you how to block pop up advertisements in all four of the major internet browsers. Let's start with internet explorer. From the Tools tab select pop-up blocker, then 'turn on pop-up blocker'. In Firefox, go to Tools, then select 'options' then select 'block pop-up windows'. In Safari click on the settings tab and select 'block pop-up windows'. Google Chrome automatically blocks pop-ups, however you can toggle whether or not you want to be notified by clicking on settings and selecting options, then in the tab marked 'under the hood' scroll down to 'web content' select the button that says 'Notify me when a pop-up is blocked'. And that's how you stop pop-up ads.
